Overseeing end-to-end fulfillment operations, the remote contract Fulfillment Manager will partner with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment across the United States and Canada. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations, including logistics, inventory control, and reporting Monitor fulfillment performance and coordinate resolutions for service issues with internal teams and partners Oversee inventory control activities and ensure compliance with retailer routing guides and fulfillment requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field Experience managing 3PL operations in the U.S. and/or Canada Strong knowledge of transportation management and warehouse management systems; SAP experience preferred Familiarity with fulfillment requirements of major retailers in the U.S. and Canada Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
