Fulfillment AssociateSerigraph is looking for a Fulfillment Associate who's ready to do more than fill a shift — this role puts you at the center of how our fulfillment center runs. You'll guide co-workers and flex/temporary staff, set up and monitor production lines, and be a hands-on driver of the quality and accuracy that our customers count on. If you like a fast-paced environment where your judgment matters and no two days look exactly the same, this is your next role.What You'll DoLead and TrainDirect flex employees and temporary workforce, ensuring work meets customer specificationsTrain co-workers and flex staff on job responsibilities and expectationsClearly communicate shift-specific requirements so every shift starts strongRun the LineSet up and monitor production lines, including hands-on kit preparationPrepare kits for First Piece ApprovalMake real-time adjustments to keep the line running efficientlyFacilitate workflow across the line for both speed and qualityOwn QualityMaintain accuracy in Kit Pack counting and packingConduct in-process quality audits and labor reportingInspect product for defects (printing, die cutting, laminating, and more)Pull quality production samples for shipmentHave the authority to halt production over quality concerns — and the responsibility to flag it to managementKeep Things MovingPerform finishing tasks: counting, packaging, labeling, and operating material handling equipmentAccurately record labor data — QA forms, job tickets, and move tagsMaintain visual boards, whiteboards, and hourly labor recordsGenerate accurate packaging labelsFollow guidance from shift supervisors and the Fulfillment Line Point Person (Level 3)Follow environmental practices and procedures for material handling and disposalWhat You BringExperience in fulfillment or production operationsStrong communication skills — you can train others and give clear directionA problem-solver's mindset; you troubleshoot rather than wait for someone else toComfort standing for up to 8 hours per shiftBasic math skillsFamiliarity with safety, housekeeping, and PPE practicesAbility to enter data into the Titan systemConfidence reading and interpreting job ticketsWorking knowledge of departmental procedures and policiesWho is Serigraph?Serigraph has over 70 years of experience in printing, advanced decorating technologies and graphic solutions for the automotive, appliance, consumer, medical, power sports, and point-of-purchase markets.
