Repackaging & Fulfillment Associate Job Details
Schedule: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Pay Rate : $17.50/hr
Location : Fairfield, OH
Assignment Length: Short-term assignment, typically 10-14 days.
Repackaging & Fulfillment Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Completed boxes typically weigh approximately 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform hands-on repackaging and fulfillment tasks.
- Must have reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Must wear steel-toe footwear and safety glasses.
- Must have reliable personal transportation. Ridesharing is not permitted.
- Must be comfortable working on a short-term assignment.
As a Repackaging & Fulfillment Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Repackage products as part of a short-term fulfillment project.
- Handle and move products during the repackaging process.
- Prepare completed boxes for fulfillment.
- Lift and handle boxes weighing approximately 25 pounds, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Follow assigned repackaging procedures.
- Maintain an organized work area.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Once hired-on, employees can expect:
- A short-term assignment lasting approximately 10-14 days.
- The possibility of transferring to another facility, if a position is available, based on attendance, performance, and eligibility requirements.
