FT Teller

Teller PositionAre you outgoing, friendly, and energized by helping people? Trax Credit Union is looking for a people-first Teller who loves creating great member experiences, building relationships, and making a positive impact with every interaction. In this role, you'll be a trusted first point of contact for our members.

You'll handle transactions accurately, uncover member needs, and connect people with solutions that support their financial well-being.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome members with a warm, friendly, and professional attitudeBuild relationships through conversation, active listening, and personalized serviceProcess cash, check, and other routine transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain cash controls, balance work accurately, and follow operational proceduresIdentify member needs and recommend helpful products and servicesSupport branch referral goals through natural, solution-focused conversationsMake follow-up calls to strengthen member relationships and provide supportFollow all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsWork collaboratively with team members to support branch operationsRequirementsSix months of customer service and/or cash handling experience, preferably in a financial institutionStrong communication and people skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredThis is a full-time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM-12:00PM.
