Job Purpose
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one‑on‑one meetings, and on‑the‑spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross‑selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
- Perform up to 10 business‑to‑business sales outreach appointments per week.
Qualifications
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required. Monthly bonus opportunities.
