FT Provider Relations Specialist (Waco/Harker Heights)

Provider Relations SpecialistWe're looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Full-time Provider Relations Specialist to join our team in the Waco & Harker Heights area. This is a dynamic outside sales role focused on building strong relationships with primary care, internal medicine, and pediatric providers. You'll represent Aspire Allergy & Sinus in the community, educate referring physicians on our allergy and sinus services, and drive patient referrals into our clinics.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize physician target lists to make face to face presentations to community physicians in the fields of family practice, internal medicine and pediatrics that have patient referral potentialConsistent KPI attainment of expected weekly/monthly call activity as designatedUtilize Salesforce to manage and track provider interactions, sales leads, and opportunities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date informationEducate referring providers on Aspire Allergy & Sinus services and therapies with promotional items and selling materialsBuild relationships with referring providers and staff to ensure a line of consistent referralsPromote Aspire providers that include Allergists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Surgeons in the community through meet and greets, breakfasts and lunchesEstablish relationships with Aspire providers and teams in your local market, aiming to visit their office locations once a month for feedback on their experiences and communicating any issues or concerns to the Director of Provider Relations.Ongoing communication and collaboration with marketing team & Director of Provider RelationsOther Duties as assigned by your managerSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseAbility to execute sales presentations on Aspire Allergy medical services and treatments to healthcare providers and their staff.Ability to establish long term relationships with referral sourcesAbility to work autonomously to accomplish goals and meet KPI targetsIndependently generate patient referrals and drive business growth.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPossess outstanding interpersonal skills that enable effective communication and collaboration with othersMust have a strong attention for detailRequired education and experienceMinimum of 2 years of outside sales experienceMust maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation throughout the duration of employmentPreferred education and experienceSales Experience Calling on Physicians, in a hospital, clinical, home health settingKnowledge of SalesforceTravel required - Ability to travel to areas of your assigned region.
