nScope:
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks to uphold the hotel’s quality standards, ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests, and support overall operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:

Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks and minor repair work orders, such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl surfaces.

Inspect and perform minor repairs on electrical systems including air conditioning controls, televisions, and lighting fixtures.

Assist in diagnosing and repairing basic plumbing issues such as leaks, clogged drains, and maintenance of sinks, toilets, kitchen, and laundry equipment.

Refurbish and maintain furniture and fixtures in guest rooms, including cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, and windows. Perform painting and finishing work as needed.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest maintenance requests and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance in compliance with hotel grooming standards.

Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management team.
