Salary Range: $70.00 To $75.00 Hourly

Liberty Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our internal Medicine healthcare practice in Holmdel, NJ . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys direct patient care.

Schedule

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • No Wednesday or weekend hours

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
  • Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient education and preventive healthcare
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
  • Promote a positive, patient-focused practice environment

Qualifications

  • APRN certification required
  • Nurse Practitioner experience 1 year minimum.
  • Strong clinical, organizational
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
