In this role, you will conduct routine and specialized testing on ingredients, in-process, and finished products, maintain lab equipment, and accurately document results. You will help ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, and regulatory standards, assist with audits and investigations, and work closely with production teams to resolve issues.
