NHMLAC seeks an Assistant Collections Manager for Frozen Collections to join a three-year, temporary, full-time program funded by an NSF grant. This role reports to the Associate Vice President for Collections and is based at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
You will lead curation and documentation of frozen tissue samples, rehouse materials for vapor-phase nitrogen storage, update the EMu database, and help train staff and researchers in safe handling and procedures.
