Leading the frontend architecture for a cutting-edge Command & Control platform, the full-time Frontend Lead Software Engineer will design real-time collaborative interfaces for managing swarms of heterogeneous aircraft, working remotely and focusing on innovative UI concepts and telemetry visualization. Key responsibilities Own and architect the frontend for the C2 system directing swarms of aircraft Build real-time, collaborative interfaces that function effectively even during communication drops Set frontend architecture, patterns, and standards for the development team Required qualifications Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in building complex, production frontend applications Deep experience with React or a comparable modern framework Strong UI/UX instincts and experience mentoring frontend engineers Experience in performance-sensitive application development
