We are currently looking for a full time front server who love Italian food, wine and culture.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a New York City server
- Desire to learn in detail about traditional & authentic, Italian food, wine, beer and spirits
- Excellent floor dining operations and knowledge, including steps of service
- Self-starter with capacity to follow through on tasks
- Service Procedures
- Wine Service
- Coffee Knowledge
- Food and Beverage Pairing Knowledge
- Glassware Knowledge
- Inventory
- POS Systems
Our ideal candidate is a cocktail enthusiast, with a real passion and interest in hospitality and the craft of serving drinks.- The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the fundamentals of showmanship
- Be knowledgeable in beer, wine, and spirits
- Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in serving, and be comfortable in a fast paced, high volume restaurant.
