Front Office ManagerLocated on the Yarmouth shores, Red Jacket Resorts is a collection of five classic resorts that have been catering to families, couples, groups and weddings alike since 1968. Our team of hospitality experts pride themselves in creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences for our guests. The resorts offer the amenities and experiences guests love.

Recent renovations promise a more modern and comfortable experience that will continue Red Jacket's legacy of quality family-friendly vacation experiences.The collection is seeking a Front Office Manager to join their team at Blue Water and Riviera Resorts. The resorts are located side by side on Nantucket Sound, with 238 guest rooms and suites combined. Both offer amenities such as full-service dining, indoor and outdoor pools as well as a beautiful stretch of beach for our guests.

The Front Office Manager will manage the performance of the front desk agents and monitor all front desk operations. This is a hands-on leadership position. Do you have a passion for customer service, and want to help ensure our guests have their best beach vacation ever?

Then it's time for you to join Red Jacket Resorts!Essential functions:Maintain a friendly, helpful, and positive manner when dealing with Guests and fellow employeesAnticipate Guests' needs and concerns. Respond promptly and follow up accordingly to ensure guest satisfactionMonitors special requests and oversee rate changes and room moves to ensure Guests satisfactionReview daily business levels, anticipate critical situations, and assist in planning effective solutions to best expedite these situationsAlways maintain and encourage a professional atmosphere (Conversations, tone, demeanor, uniforms, etc.)Manage the ongoing training and development of front office staffMonitor staff's interaction with Guests and ensure prompt and courteous serviceMaintain complete knowledge of the hotel's inner workings, including room rates, rooms operations, hotel policies, availability, and profitability strategiesKnowledgeable about entire property, including all scheduled activities, group functions, food and beverage outlets, entertainment, and hours of operation of all activities, events, and outlets.Front Office Manager Qualifications:5+ years of experience in the hospitality field, preferably in a full-service hotelProven track record of managing a team in a hospitality or hotel management roleExcellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skillsProficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEOS Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
