Front Office Experience Lead — Patient Care & Scheduling

Focus Physical Therapy is seeking a confident, organized front office leader to be the first and often most important connection our patients have with the practice. This is not a typical receptionist position.

You will own the front desk operations, manage daily scheduling, guide new patients from phone call to appointment, and coach a small team of scheduling assistants. We welcome candidates from hospitality or service backgrounds who want responsibility.
