Front-of-Store Loss Prevention Associate II

Marshalls in Mountain View, CA is hiring a Loss Prevention Team Member to deter theft, support safety, and protect the TJX brand. You’ll wear a Body Worn Camera and stay stationed at the front of the store, assisting customers and coordinating with store management.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, observing suspicious activity, following the emergency guide, and documenting incidents. Prior retail or security experience (0-2 years) is preferred.
