This role is ideal for leaders who enjoy fast paced environments and hard work.Front of House Leader Responsibilities:Opening/Closing the restaurantLeading teams of 10-20 people on shiftMaintaining Operational Excellence by upholding service standardsTraining & Developing upcoming leadersThinking outside the box to innovate restaurant systemsMaintaining a fast paced & fun team environmentEffectively send breaks, organize setups, and ensure food safe serviceQualifications and Requirements:All candidates are assessed based on character, competency, and chemistryMust be available to consistently work weekendsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust be eligible to work in the United StatesHave the ability to communicate effectively in EnglishConsistency and reliabilityCheerful and positive attitudeLoves serving and helping othersPrior customer services experience preferred, but not requiredAble to multi-taskBe willing and able to work a flexible scheduleHave the ability to lift and carry more than 20 lbs on a regular basisHave the ability to stand for long periods of timeReading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills requiredMost Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.Benefits:Flexible scheduleReferral programPaid training
