Front of House Staff

oin the team at hed 11 — Modern Thai Fine Dining in Japantown, San Francisco

hed 11 is a Michelin Guide–recognized Thai fine dining restaurant located inside the Kimpton Hotel Enso at 1800 Sutter St, San Francisco. We're looking for experienced, hospitality-driven Front of House staff — Servers, Bartenders, and Bussers — to join our weekend team.

Positions available:

• Server
• Bartender
• Busser

Schedule: Weekend shifts (Full Time / Part Time)

What you'll do:

• Deliver warm, attentive, detail-oriented service that reflects our modern Thai culinary identity and fine dining standards
• Guide guests through our tasting menus and à la carte offerings, including thoughtful wine and cocktail pairings (Server/Bartender)
• Support smooth table turns, food and beverage timing, and overall dining room flow
• Maintain cleanliness, mise en place, and service readiness throughout the shift
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Uphold hed 11's hospitality standards as part of a Michelin-recognized dining program

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality (comparable role or similar high-volume, guest-focused environment)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills under pressure
• Passion for food, beverage, and Thai culinary culture a plus
• Availability to work weekends consistently
• Team-first attitude and professionalism in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Compensation:
$20–$23/hour plus tips (estimated $500/week in tips)
