Front of House Manager

A well established and hospitality driven West LA restaurant is seeking an experienced Front of House Floor Supervisor to join its leadership team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a strong hospitality professional who loves being on the floor, leading by example, supporting a team, and creating an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for service minded leaders who are at their best in the action on the floor. 

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be a visible and active presence throughout service. You’ll work alongside the FOH team, help maintain smooth operations, support staff in real time, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality.

This is a hands-on, service focused leadership position with few administrative responsibilities. Your time will be spent where it matters most: on the floor, with the team and guests.

Responsibilities may include:

• Leading and supporting front of house service during each shift
• Acting as a calm, knowledgeable point of contact for the FOH team
• Maintaining strong standards of hospitality, service, and guest experience
• Assisting with floor flow, pacing, communication, and service execution
• Supporting and coaching team members in real time
• Helping resolve guest concerns and service issues with professionalism
• Leading by example and contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture
• Communicating effectively with both front and back of house teams
• Ensuring the overall guest experience remains polished, welcoming, and seamless

• $30 per hour
• 32-35 hours per week
• Four 8 hour shifts per week including 2 of 3 weekend days
• Parking provided

We’re looking for experienced hospitality professionals who are comfortable taking ownership of the floor and supporting a team without needing to be tied to an office.

• An experienced restaurant or hospitality leader with a strong service background
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Naturally calm, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Able to lead a team through presence, consistency, and example
• Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• Collaborative and supportive while still confident making decisions
• Available to work a consistent four-day schedule, including weekends
