The FOH Operations Manager will be entrusted with leading and directing the entire Drive-Thru and Front Counter operations and will be entrusted with leading a team of 50+ people.The FOH Operations Manager is primarily responsible for:Developing, supporting, and leading the Front of House Operations Leadership TeamEnsuring we are consistently executing, adjusting, and implementing systems in the Front of House operationsEnsuring we are adequately staffed and developed in all areas of leadership and Front of House operationsPrimary Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe Front of House Operations Manager, under the direction and supervision of the Operator, is responsible for managing and executing the following:Leadership ManagementSelect, train, develop, and lead the FOH Operations Leadership Team to be effective and efficient and to perform in alignment of our purpose and visionHold leadership accountable to their job responsibilitiesConduct periodic Manager Meetings and Cross-Functional Team MeetingsTrack results and ensure Team Members, Coaches, and Specialists understand our performance metrics and how we can positively influence them.Operations ManagementDaily schedule management (call-outs, team member requests, etc.)Monitor team member attendance/disciplinary issuesTroubleshoot IT issuesEnsure our Front of House Operation is consistently delivering an excellent experience (green screens, place is clean, line is moving, and team members and guests are happy)Consistently execute, adjust, and implement systems in the FOH Operations that ensure we are consistently executing our vision.Work together with Kitchen Operations Leadership Team to ensure Operational Excellence while creating a positive workplace environmentWork with FOH Training Manager to identify training needsConduct end of month inventory count with other restaurant leadersServe as a point of contact during Health Department and other 3rd party vendors compliance visitsLabor Scheduling & ManagementEnsuring we are adequately staffed and developed in all areas of leadership to maximize future growth while achieving our financial, customer experience, and organizational goalsCreate Team Member schedules according to performance goals, while providing an excellent experience and remaining within our labor budgetMake real-time adjustments (add or deduct hours) to schedule according to business needsManage Team Member requests, availability approvals, as well as shift swap approvalsRequired PassionsDeveloping and leading a teamAchieving results through the development and trust in other leadersConnecting with people on a personal and professional level to maximize impact and growthEnjoyment of hard work that will consistently encountering problems that require solutionsCustomer service and genuine hospitalityRequired Core CompetenciesStrong leadership, motivational, and people skillsAbility to work with a team to achieve goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while making quick decisionsProfessional and confidential when dealing with sensitive and/or serious informationSelf-motivatedHigh energy levelStress toleranceAbility to embrace conflict and respond appropriatelyResourceful, able to analyze and problem-solveTech savvy, able to utilize various apps to accomplish task management and organizationRequired Eligibility RequirementsFull-time commitment with the ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs within a 40 hours per week scheduleDesired Competency/ExperienceBilingual English/Spanish is a plusAt least 2 years of management experience working in a kitchen/restaurant environmentWork ScheduleMonday to FridayWeekend availability8 hour shiftSupplemental PayBonus payBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceDisability insurance401(k)Paid training
