Our Front of House Crew brings the whole Nicoletto's experience together: a warm welcome, a great meal, and service that makes people want to come back. We work hard, play hard, and have each other's backs. That means jumping in when a teammate gets buried, keeping the energy up through the rush, and enjoying the laughs and little wins that make a busy shift a good one.

You'll be cross-trained in pasta cooking, cashier and customer service, and expo, plus making salads and sandwiches. Whether you're taking an order or putting the finishing touch on a pasta bowl, you'll help the whole team shine.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests, answer menu questions, and take accurate orders with a friendly, personal touch.
• Run the register and POS system, process cash and card payments accurately, and keep the checkout area organized.
• Cook pasta and prepare dishes to Nicoletto's recipes, portions, and quality standards.
• Make fresh salads and sandwiches with care, consistency, and attention to each order.
• Work expo: check tickets, coordinate timing with the kitchen, verify accuracy and presentation, and get complete orders to the right guests or pickup area.
• Communicate modifications and allergy concerns clearly and follow the team's food-safety procedures.
• Move between stations as needed, keep teammates informed, and stay calm and helpful during the rush.
• Stock stations, keep guest and work areas clean, and help with opening and closing duties.

What You Bring

• A welcoming attitude and a love of connecting with people.
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn every station.
• Comfort handling money and learning POS systems.
• The ability to stay organized, move efficiently, and support teammates in a busy service environment.
• Kitchen or customer-service experience is welcome; fast learners with a great attitude are welcome, too.

Schedule & Pay

Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling and preferred scheduling for full-time team members. Dinner and weekends are our busiest times, so evening and weekend availability is important.
