Your Mission Includes:
- Creating an upbeat and welcoming guest experience
- Knowing our menu inside and out (especially our pride and joy - the brisket )
- Leading the flow of the front line with great communication
- Ensuring every guest receives the right portion, with the right care
- Offering samples, smiles, and sincere service
- Keeping things moving fast, clean, and friendly
- Positive energy and a guest-first attitude
- Quick thinking and fast hands (you'll be handling a knife!)
- Ability to multi-task with precision
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
- Food service experience preferred (but we'll train the right people!)
