Front End Team Leader: Inspire Customer Experience & Growth

Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to oversee the front-end operations, develop a passionate sales team, and ensure a great customer experience. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection and store maintenance.

You will lead staffing, manage scheduling, support merchandising, and open/close the store as needed. Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience at a mid- to large-size retailer and a high school diploma required;
