Front End Team Lead — Customer Experience

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at TJ Maxx in Cape Girardeau, MO to promote an exceptional customer experience and supervise Associates at the front of the store.

You will train staff, manage POS coverage, and participate in loyalty programs while upholding policies and store standards. Applicants should be able to work nights and weekends, demonstrate merchandising knowledge, multi-task, and collaborate with management to meet store goals.
