The front-endsupervisoris required todeliver exceptional customer service at all times.

In the absence of the front-end manager, theyare responsible forresolving cash register issues and securing the cash registers in the safe.

Here’swhereyou’llbe focusing:

• Ensure that customer service is exceptional.
• Apply policies and procedures,comply withgovernment health guidelines and occupational health and safety standards, and ensure they are consistently applied and adhered to by all department employees.
• Act as a resource person for team members.
• Create a work environment that promotes trust and communication within your team.
• Perform various cash register accounting operations (money transfers, deposits, checks, weekly audits, etc.) in collaboration with the front-end manager.
• Perform any other related duties.

What you have to offer:

• A high school diploma isa valuable asset.
• You have at least six months of experience as a cashier.
• You have valuable management experience and knowledge of point-of-sale computer systems.
• You are customerservice-oriented.
• You foster communication and team spirit.
• You are proficient with basic accounting operations.
• You are known for your interpersonal skills and energy.
• Flexible work hours and ability to work overtime
• Short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products
• Ability to stand for extended periods of timeAbility tolift upto 20kg
