Position Summary: The SPENGA Front Desk & Sales Associate is the first point of contact for our members and prospective clients, playing a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving membership sales, cleaning, and ensuring smooth studio operations. This individual is a friendly, organized, and sales‑oriented multitasker.
Qualifications:
- Strong management and leadership abilities
- Previous sales experience required; preferably high‑end goods or services
- Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Motivation to sell and learn sales techniques
- Excellent customer service
- Understanding of technology and how multiple platforms integrate.
- Previous experience using Mindbody Platform is a bonus.
- A keen eye for cleanliness and organization
- Experience or understanding of proper cleaning techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Sell memberships and retail
- Make multiple friendly sales phone calls per shift
- Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Increase client participation energetically
- Set up and reset studio equipment before, during and after classes.
- Maintain clean facility
