Front Desk Patient Services Coordinator - Outpatient Care

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our outpatient clinics. You will handle front desk tasks, greet patients, and coordinate calls and referrals to ensure a smooth first visit and excellent patient experience.

Ideal candidates bring recent customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Healthcare office familiarity and Spanish fluency are a plus.
