Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist in the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Answer incoming phone calls and return missed calls promptly
• Prepare customer paperwork and schedule appointments
• Keep the office organized, supplied, and running smoothly
• Maintain organized paperwork and ensure all documents are accounted for

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone
• Proficient in using computers, email, and basic CRM systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Proactive approach to daily responsibilities and a valid driver's license

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive base pay ranging from $17 to $25 per hour, with additional bonuses available after completing the training period. In addition, we offer paid time off for all employees.
