Front Desk Leader: Elevate Patient Experience & Ops

ChenMed seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team within our Oakland Park center. You will direct staff, manage scheduling and workflows, and uphold ChenMed’s standards for patient experience and operational excellence.

As a supervisor, you will coach Care Facilitators, monitor performance, and ensure timely responses to patient concerns while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and external customers.
