Front Desk & Marketing CoordinatorWe're looking for a creative, organized, outgoing Front Desk & Marketing Coordinator to help support our fitness, wellness, and transformation businesses in Coral Springs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people but also loves marketing, promotions, email campaigns, social media, and creating energy inside a business.This is more than a traditional front desk position. You'll help us keep our members and clients informed, engaged, and excited about everything happening across our brands.What You'll Be Responsible ForCreate and send weekly email blastsPromote upcoming events, specials, challenges, and wellness offersHelp write member announcements and important updatesSend promotional texts and follow-up communicationsKeep our community informed about what's happening each weekHelp maintain our contact lists and marketing databaseHelp create and execute monthly promotionsPromote specials throughout the gym and wellness centerCreate signage, flyers, QR codes, and promotional displaysMake sure team members understand current promotionsHelp promote challenges, events, anniversaries, open houses, and community eventsKeep TVs, front desk displays, and promotional materials currentHelp generate excitement around new services and offersAssist with Instagram and Facebook contentCapture photos and short videos throughout the dayCreate Stories, Reels, posts, and promotional contentHighlight members, coaches, wellness services, events, and success storiesHelp maintain a consistent posting scheduleRespond to basic social media messages and inquiriesAssist with content for the Coach Craig brandGreet members and clientsAnswer phones, texts, emails, and basic inquiriesSchedule appointments and wellness servicesAssist with check-ins and daily front desk operationsHelp new clients understand our services and current promotionsCreate a welcoming and professional environmentWho We're Looking For We want someone who is:Creative and comfortable with social mediaA strong writer and communicatorOrganized and able to manage multiple projectsComfortable using Canva or similar design toolsComfortable creating email campaignsFriendly, outgoing, and professionalComfortable taking photos and videosAble to work independently and take initiativeDetail-oriented and dependableInterested in fitness, wellness, health, and lifestyleComfortable learning new software and marketing platformsExperience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, GoHighLevel, Mindbody, or similar platforms is a plus. Some mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required depending on events and promotions.
