Front Desk Agent
We are looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Front Desk Agent.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in guests as they enter our hotel.
Entering guest information into the computer system for billing purposes.
Entering guest payments into the computer system for collection purposes.
Answering phones in a friendly manner.
Filing and scanning of documents.
Preparing daily reports for General Manager and other department heads as needed.
Maintaining the appearance of the front desk area by cleaning, tidying, stocking, and preparing other items as needed.
Other duties as assigned by General Manager or Front Desk Manager.
