Whether you've worked in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, retail, administration, or a call center environment, we can teach you the healthcare side of the job.What we can't teach is a positive attitude, reliability, strong work ethic, and comfort with technology.What You'll DoPatient Experience & Front Desk SupportWelcome patients and create a warm, professional first impressionCheck patients in and out efficientlyAnswer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointmentsHelp patients navigate paperwork and next steps in their careCollect copays and process paymentsMaintain a welcoming and organized reception areaScheduling & Administrative SupportManage provider schedules and appointment calendarsVerify patient demographics and insurance informationMaintain accurate patient recordsScan, upload, and organize electronic documentsAssist with office workflows and daily operational tasksSupport providers and team members as neededTeam CollaborationWork closely with providers, medical assistants, and leadershipCommunicate professionally with patients and coworkersHelp solve problems and keep daily operations running smoothlyJump in where needed to support the success of the officeComputer Proficiency Is RequiredThis is a technology-driven healthcare environment.

You will spend most of your day working within electronic systems, scheduling appointments, managing records, and communicating with patients.We are happy to train the right candidate on medical terminology, insurance processes, scheduling workflows, and office procedures.
