Fluent in French, the full-time Customer Care Advisor will provide exceptional service to clients, coordinate interdepartmental tasks, and utilize AI tools to enhance customer experience in a hybrid working environment. Key responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention Adhere to departmental service standards, including timely communication and managing call abandon rates Assist the medical team with client hospital admissions and utilize AI systems for efficient query responses Required qualifications High level of fluency in French is mandatory Experience in a customer-facing role is essential Previous experience in a call center environment is beneficial Medical background is a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required
