Loader/Unloader
Join our logistics team as a loader/unloader and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working in a cold storage environment. You will be responsible for safely handling, loading, and unloading goods from inbound and outbound containers. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a warehouse distribution setting.
Annual Salary: $37,440
Schedule: 2nd; M-F, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
Duties:
- Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, order picking, and materials handling
- Move crates weighing approximately 45-65 pounds
- Prepare goods for shipping & receiving by organizing pallets and stacking loads
- Verify freight shipping documents, shipping labels, and purchase orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
Skills:
- Experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related fields with warehouse experience preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and scanners
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Construction or materials handling experience advantageous
