Freight Brokerage Branch Lead — Launch & Grow

AFC Transport is launching a new Northwest Arkansas brokerage office and seeks a Branch Manager to build it from the ground up. You will recruit, train, and lead brokers, develop a robust client base, and establish a trusted network that becomes the preferred resource for customers.

You will set the office culture, drive revenue growth, and forge deep, lasting relationships that go beyond price. This is an autonomous leadership role with strong support from AFC’s growing organization.
