To support a high-priority website migration from Sitecore to WordPress, the Freelance Technical Project Coordinator will work remotely on a part-time basis, managing coordination between project leads, client stakeholders, and an external web development agency while overseeing development workflows, QA, and post-launch support. Key responsibilities Partner with project leads to coordinate day-to-day activities for the website migration and updates Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the external web development team, translating feedback into actionable tasks Support QA processes, track project milestones, and document bugs and implementation gaps for troubleshooting Required qualifications Approximately 2+ years of experience in project coordination or technical project management Experience with website builds, redesigns, or migrations, particularly in WordPress Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into clear tasks Prior experience working with developers in Agile or Scrum environments
