Are you a Native‑French writer with experience writing about topics like sales and HR? Do you enjoy crafting engaging content for audiences of professional leaders? As a French Content Writer, you’ll be an essential part of our dynamic content team. You’ll create impactful written content in French that not only drives engagement but also plays a key role in growing our vibrant ‘Level Up HR’ Community across podcasts, case studies, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and more.

Start Date: 28 February 2025 (or earlier).

About Us

We are a fast‑growing, remote‑first company based in Munich with a 15‑person team spread across six countries. We specialise in building and running communities for decision‑makers in medium and large companies.

Responsibilities

• Write deep‑dive case studies based on podcast interview insights.
• Transform long‑form content into bite‑sized LinkedIn posts that capture attention.
• Write insightful email newsletters to keep community members informed and engaged.
• Prepare titles, descriptions, show notes, and interview agendas for new podcast episodes.

Qualifications

• Availability of 10‑15hperweek.
• At least 3years of content‑writing experience in digital media (blogs, newsletters, social media).
• Native proficiency in French and near‑native fluency in English.
• Basic experience with Canva and other design tools.
• Comfortable using GenAI tools such as ChatGPT to enhance writing efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of on‑page SEO.
• Flexible, fully committed, and willing to work additional hours in exceptional situations.
