Key responsibilities Administer and score psychiatric assessments such as MINI and MADRS Review and oversee the assessment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with a global team to advance innovative mental health treatments Required qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Psychiatry, or a related field Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience post-graduation At least 2-3 years of experience working in clinical trials Strong interviewing and assessment skills Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
