Overview
The Mindrift platform connects domain experts with cutting‑edge AI projects. This flexible, project‑based role is well suited for analysts, researchers, and consultants with strong critical‑thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Create complex, realistic tasks that push frontier AI agents to their limits.
- Build detailed versions with objective scoring and write ambiguous versions to train agents with less hand‑holding.
- Complete qualification steps and onboarding, then work on real tasks guided by our quality team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, or closely aligned area; chartered accountancy (CPA, ACCA, ICAEW) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in audit, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, or management accounting.
- Familiarity with US GAAP standards.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) or higher.
- Experience in cross‑functional, applied, or international projects is a plus.
- Ability to write clearly and professionally, explain complex tasks simply, analyze and synthesize information, and design realistic, engaging examples.
- Motivation to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with challenging guidelines.
- Fully remote role: laptop, internet connection, time available, and enthusiasm to take on a challenge.
