Fraud Strategy Architect — Card Issuance

Félix is building a fraud strategy team to own end-to-end authorization for our new card issuance program across LATAM corridors. This build role requires turning vendor scopes into concrete decisioning architecture and keeping fraud exposure within tolerance from day one.

You will partner with Product and Engineering, implement step-up, velocity controls, and monitor network thresholds, while shaping the playbook for future card products as we scale.
