Supporting the USPS team, the full-time remote Fraud Project Operations Specialist will manage cross-functional communications, oversee business and IT requirements development, and deliver strategic operational solutions while engaging with stakeholders and coordinating industry activities. Key responsibilities Oversee the development, review, and prioritization of Business Needs Statements for new feature implementation Liaise between Product Prep and Payment teams and IT to ensure timely communication and resolution of action items Analyze current business processes to identify opportunities for improvements and automation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of experience in technical project management, business process improvement, or related fields Consultancy experience with large, complex projects Advanced skills in Microsoft products, including Power Apps and Power BI Ability to thrive in an autonomous and collaborative virtual environment Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance as a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
