Fraud Operations Associate Director

Leading the Fraud and Disputes Operations team, the full-time remote Associate Director will develop and implement strategies for investigating and resolving fraud cases and chargebacks, ensuring compliance while enhancing customer trust and satisfaction. Key responsibilities Oversee daily fraud investigation operations and manage resources to ensure effective processes and service level performance Define and execute the operational strategy for fraud investigations and disputes management in alignment with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize fraud and dispute programs, driving continuous improvement initiatives Required qualifications 8+ years of experience managing Fraud Operations, preferably in financial services Experience with card disputes, chargebacks, and regulatory requirements such as Reg Z and Reg E Strong analytical skills and experience with fraud detection technologies and data analytics Bachelor's degree in Customer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced environment
