Job Summary:
The candidate will work as an Associate II in Fraud Investigations, focusing on preventing, detecting, and investigating fraud cases against customer accounts. They will manage evidence, coordinate with law enforcement authorities, and engage with customers to help them through recovery and remediation processes.
Skill Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- Fraud Investigations experience
- Ability to perform Anti-money laundering activities
- Strong skills in Case Management
- Excellent Customer Service abilities
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Understanding of legal procedures related to fraud
