Reporting directly to the Director of Fraud Strategy & Analytics, the full-time Manager of Business Analytics - Fraud will manage analytical efforts to develop and optimize fraud risk strategies, enhance fraud monitoring frameworks, and support product launches, all while working remotely or from designated office locations. Key responsibilities Lead the analysis and continuous improvement of fraud defense frameworks, including policies and decision rules Develop and enhance fraud monitoring dashboards and reporting to track performance metrics across various segments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective embedding of fraud defenses within products and operational processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or Engineering 5+ years of experience in an analyst, data science, or consulting role 3+ years of experience in fraud risk analytics Experience in the consumer financing industry, such as credit cards or personal loans Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python for data analysis
