To shape fraud strategy as the company scales, the full-time Senior Fraud Analyst will manage fraud controls across payment products, identify emerging threats, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Own and evolve fraud strategies for Mudflap's payments products Identify emerging fraud patterns and develop scalable rules and controls Partner with Data Science to enhance fraud detection models and reporting Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in fraud strategy, risk, or payments, preferably in fintech Hands-on experience with fraud strategy development and optimization Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL and proficiency in Python Experience analyzing transaction data to identify fraud patterns Familiarity with card payments, ACH, or complex payment ecosystems
