Job ID: Pay Range: $65 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of fraud analyst specialistsDevelop and implement strategies to prevent, detect, and mitigate usage fraud using various Fraud Management Tools and SystemsEstablish and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices related to usage fraud preventionMonitor and analyze usage fraud trends, patterns, and threats to identify emerging risks and vulnerabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Product, and Customer Care and Support, to implement fraud prevention measures and solutionsConduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of fraud prevention measures and identify areas for improvementProvide regular reporting and updates to senior management on usage fraud trends, incidents, and mitigation effortsStay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to device fraud and securityAbility to engage in team development and foster employee career growth.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Fraud Management/Telecom domain experience/Java/AWS.Strong knowledge of device fraud schemes, techniques, and countermeasuresExperience with fraud detection and prevention tools, systems, and technologiesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectivelyAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and work with Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP functions, and exposure to MacroSQL experience is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Google SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common metrics used to measure and monitor operational performance, define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide clear and concise communication with a wide audience of internal departments
