Duties
- Report to the Managing Partner.
- Supervise lawyers, paralegals, law clerks, and externs.
- Lead by example with diligence and a positive attitude.
- Engage in significant client contact.
- Participate in client development and firm growth.
- Develop and expand your book of business.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of franchise law experience.
- Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas, or elsewhere in the U.S. or Canada.
- Possess a portable book of business of $500,000 or more.
- Experience advising franchisors, franchisees, and related businesses.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
