Franchise Development Assistant ManagerFort Lee, NJ, USAAbout the Job Franchise Development Assistant ManagerJob DescriptionReports To: Business Development ManagerJob Type: Full Time EmployeeDepartment: Business Development TeamSummaryJob Duties include but are not limited to the following:Promoting business development opportunitiesContacting potential clients through cold calls and emailsPresenting our brand to potential clientsFinding and developing new markets and improving brand awarenessBuilding long-term trusting relationships with clientsReporting to the Franchise development senior manager on (Weekly/Monthly) development processes and resultsQualificationsBachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.Experience in F&B sales, marketing or related field.A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience recruiting and activating multi-unit franchisee candidates (preferably franchisees who’ve signed up for 5 to 25 units)Requirement: 3 to 5 years experience working in a restaurant franchise system, preferably driving rapid growth and across multiple U.S. marketsRequirement: proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or FranConnect, preferably as the lead business user or power userActive participation in franchising organizations and conferences: IFA, FLDC, MUFC, etc.Proven track record of building and nurturing networks of potential franchiseesExpert understanding of franchising regulations and documentation
