Franchise Development & Growth Manager — Remote (U.S.)
M.I.L. Cleaners is the first AI-native franchise, building a modern residential cleaning brand around technology, automation, and a better operating model for franchise owners.
We’re looking for an experienced franchise development professional to help us scale across the U.S.
You’ll work directly with the founders and own the candidate journey from qualification through signed agreement, while helping improve our sales process, broker relationships, CRM, and conversion.
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in franchise development or franchise sales
• Proven full-cycle franchise sales experience
• Home services, cleaning, restoration, or service-franchise experience strongly preferred
• Strong CRM, follow-up, and pipeline management
• Comfortable in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
