Trillium Construction is now seeking a Steel Stud Framer Foreman in Charlottesville VA!

Work will start on 2/16/26. Pay rate is $29-34 per hour. This is full-time work!

Foreman Duties

The Metal Stud Framing Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising a team of framers in the construction of metal stud walls and structures. This role includes planning, coordinating, and overseeing framing projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. The foreman's duties and responsibilities encompass reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications, planning and scheduling daily activities, coordinating material deliveries, and managing inventory. They also communicate with the project manager, other trades, and team members to ensure a smooth workflow. The foreman is accountable for promoting and enforcing a safe work environment, following OSHA and company safety regulations, and ensuring a safe work environment for all employees by following safety protocols, identifying and correcting or reporting safety risks, and maintaining a job site free from debris, clutter, and hazards.

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced Steel Stud Framers to join our team. Ideal candidates should have experience with: interior and exterior metal stud framing, reading and interpreting blueprints, installing track, studs, blocking, sheathing, and backing, using hand and power tools safely, and working efficiently in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

Requirements: reliable transportation, ability to lift 50+ lbs, ability to work full shifts on active construction sites, OSHA 10 (preferred, not mandatory unless required).
