To support a growing recruiting practice, the Fractional Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for multiple client organizations, collaborating with hiring managers and employing various sourcing strategies in a fully remote, part-time or full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple client organizations and open positions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain candidate pipelines while providing regular updates on recruiting activity and progress Required qualifications Prior professional recruiting experience is required Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and placement Strong candidate sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
